Chef Michael graduated in 96’ from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, Ny with a A.O.S. degree specializing in Baking and Pastry. Chef’s career started in hotels, restaurants and catering companies. Chef has worked in hotels and restaurants in Holland, France and Germany as well as Hawaii, San Francisco and Florida.  

Chef went back to school in 2008 to get his Baking Science and Technology degree from the American Institute of Baking in Manhattan, Kansas as well as taking food science classes at the University of Kansas State. 

The knowledge he gained along with nearly twenty years of baking and pastry experience made it an obvious transition to be an Infused Edible Specialist. 

Mission Statement

His mission is to teach his clients to make the most safe, reliable, and consistent edibles for his clients to sell in the medical and recreational cannabis markets. 

“There are many ways to medicate, but using it medically or recreationally requires the proper knowledge of how to calculate the amount of THC in your edible product. The use of high quality ingredients along with the proper dosage should be taught by an experienced chef”.
